Reminders aren't firing
Pop schedules real alarms on your device so they go off on time, even offline or when the app is closed. If one didn't fire, it's almost always a system permission:
- Notifications are on. Check that Pop is allowed to send notifications in your phone's Settings.
- On Android, allow exact alarms. Newer Android versions gate precise timing behind an "Alarms & reminders" permission. Pop will prompt for it; you can also enable it in system Settings for Pop.
- On Android, allow full-screen alerts. This lets a reminder take over the screen the way an alarm does, instead of sitting quietly in the tray.
- Battery optimization. Aggressive battery settings can hold back scheduled alarms. Exclude Pop from battery optimization if reminders arrive late.

Adding your family
Create a group and invite the people in your household. Everyone in a group sees the same reminders and the same live feed, and each person can be an assignee, a supporter, or an observer. Group admins manage who's in.
Nudge patterns
A nudge pattern is how a reminder escalates until it's handled: set the lead time, how many nudges, and how many snoozes are allowed. A missed reminder comes back on that schedule instead of disappearing. You can set a default pattern for a group and override it per reminder.
Signing in
Pop uses a secure sign-in link and/or your Apple or Google account, so there's no extra password to remember. Open the app or the web app and follow the prompts. If a sign-in link doesn't arrive, check spam and confirm you used your account email.
Account & data deletion
Want your account and data removed? In the app, go to Settings → Delete account and tap it twice to confirm. Can't sign in? Email us from your account address and we'll delete it. See Privacy for what that covers.
