Terms of use

Last updated · September 22, 2026
Use Pop Reminders for good, keep it legal, and treat your family with respect. Your content stays yours. The app is provided as-is, and it's a helper, not a guarantee.

Using Pop Reminders

You need an account to use Pop, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in to yourself. When you add family members to a group, you're vouching that it's appropriate for them to see that group's reminders and activity.

Please don't

Reminders are a helper, not a guarantee. Pop does its best to fire alarms on time, but phones die, permissions get revoked, and software has bugs. Don't rely on Pop as your only safeguard for anything where a miss really matters, like medication, medical care, or safety. Keep a backup for those.

Your content

Whatever you put into Pop is yours. You give us the permission we need to store it and show it to the family members you've shared it with, so the app can work. We don't claim ownership of it.

The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep Pop reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, on time, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pop Reminders is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using it (or from a reminder that didn't fire).

Ending it

You can stop using Pop and delete your account any time (see Privacy). We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service or these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and flag anything significant in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, and disputes are handled there.
